The Obama phone is a program officially started under Clinton and extended under Bush, to provide phone service to the poor. It is funded by the telcom companies (not taxes), and is a continuation of programs that go back into the early 1900's. It has nothing to do with Obama, but in the delusional world of the right wing conspiracy theorist, it is proof of the United Nations cabal and their puppet, the socialist Kenyan. In other words, it's the movement for folks who are too stupid to be birthers.
