READ OSSCO BOLTON'S LETTER TO CITY MANAGER TROY SCHULTE ATTEMPTING TO EXPLAIN THE MISSING $15K!!!
Again, he attempts a bait & switch to put substitute Mayweather's Dad for what he initially promised.
This offers a bit more time for Mr. Bolton than the KCTV5 Interview . . . Mr. Bolton was frustrated with that appearance and lashed out via social media.
So . . . What have we learned? Nothing about the whereabouts of Kansas City's Missing $15k but just a little bit about local excuses for missing money that don't include invoices or very detailed explanations.

Why don't you spearhead an email, phone call, and letter-writing barrage on City Hall and the KCPD over this?

If Michael Brooks would man up and talk and Ossco Bolton would confess, this mess could be cleared up. Michael Brooks should pay the money back out of his Council budget.
