"The Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals revived Henley’s lawsuit, ruling that she had alleged violations of her right to equal protection under the Constitution and not just her civil rights."
Long story short . . . Employers are no longer bound by just the Civil Rights Act of 1964, they aren't allowed to trample Constitutional rights either . . . And so discrimination cases could now become Constitutional legal battles.

And while these stories may seem right out of those old school and horrible Police Academy movies . . . In the long run, this is kinda serious because it's something that might cost Kansas City a lot of cash and might not be so funny in the long run.

DeleteIt is certainly time for a more professional standard of conduct. That's what happens in professions anybody can aspire to, disrespect and abusive conduct always prevails. No woman should have to go through that. I hope she is getting paid well into her 90's over this.
