Tech N9ne, recording artist and rapper, along with other artists will hold “The Gift of Rap” concert on Dec. 7, at the Independence Events Center. Concert starts at 7 p.m.
Hate on rap music all you want but realize that Tech N9ne has done more to help the local music scene and a great many urban core charities than any other hip-hop performer in Kansas City.

There is a difference between Rap Music and Tech's art. Most Rap music is like listening to The Monkees or The Carpenters where as Tech is the Pink Floyd of the genre.
