The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce CEO (Jim Heeter) shed 13 percent across an index of weight, waist size and body fat percentage, slightly more than (Mayor Sly) James’ 11 percent loss during the five-month competition.
The contest was intended to promote the "Big 5" effort . . . Of which there is very thin evidence to demonstrate that it's working.

Duh? His commitment to losing weight is reflected in his commitment to political transparency. He didn't try and won't. It was more political theater.

NIGGERS have no dedication to a cause, other than feeding themselves at the public trough.
At least this is a photo op that Sly seems able to handle, even though he lost.
But when it comes to governing the city and addressing such issues as public safety, code enforcement, housing departments, water services, fixing streets, and all the other basics that most residents would hope would be a part of living in a modern city, Sly's lost in space.
Please don't tell me the next contest is reducing homicides!
