ReplyDeleteInternational House of Prayer. Strange 24 hour worship following. I would describe it as a cult. They've bought up hundreds of acres worth of real estate near Red Bridge; you can bet that almost everyone who lives around there is a church goer there. They are into all sorts of thigns and I visited once just to see and I was uncomfortable the whole time. I'm not surprised to hear sexual abuse. Many churches harbor sexual criminals and deviants. Although their congregation is multiracial it's predominently white.

ReplyDeleteWhat a bunch of saps? Why is anyone complaining about people buying land in Grandview? Nobody else wants it. Grandview would be the blighted dick hanging down from the rotting corpse of KC if these people hadn't moved in. I've been living in Grandview for over a decade now and this cult has been great for the city. I guess if they had a flash mob of these kids show up to the plaza there would be utter mayhem.
