Fear: Kansas City Prepares To Take Back Housing Program From The Feds
KC Biz Journal and a precursor to all of the scandals we're soon to endure: "The Kansas City Council is considering setting aside cash in anticipation that the federal receivership of its housing program will end in about a year. An ordinance to move $600,000 out of the general fund to an account for the Housing and Economic Development Financial Corp. will be taken up by the city’s Finance, Governance & Ethics Committee on Dec. 5."

I think HUD participants are the ones who ruin the neighborhoods. That's because they bring their ghetto ways with them when they move in.
