She takes on Todd Akin and says she's about to lose her mind over GOP ideas about rape . . . Which I think is a line from some old movie.
And while I have no problem with a white lady telling me how to vote, it's interesting that with all that other stuff going on (Iran, Recession, iPad mini, etc.) it'll be lady parts that end up determining the course of this election.
And all this reminds me of the "girl power" movement that still influences Kansas City politics and remains popular among so many Council Ladies, Jackson County Legislators and a few State Reps . . . For better or worse.

It's all they have left. Their economic policies caused the Great Recession, their foreign policy left us with unending war, and their social agenda isn't exactly popular (unless you pine for the middle ages). So it's back to abortion, because they know they can get the religious zealots in a tizzy. Of course, Republican policies (abstinence only education, no contraception, etc.) actually cause MORE abortions, but what the hell. Facts don't matter to the religious anyway.
