And the EXCLUSIVE . . . TKC TIPSTERS told us to name check the guy in this story and it seems that he very well might have been a menace on the road on his way to serious trouble with a serious of traffic violations and convictions leading up to this tragedy.

It's a level 5 felony charge, which is middle of the road as far as felony charges in Kansas are concerned. He is facing about 41 months if convicted, so a $50,000 bond isn't that unreasonable.
It's for leaving the scene of an accident people. Get a grip.

Your title "Dude charged with traffic death..." is a lie.
He hasn't been charged with killing anyone. He is only charged with leaving the scene of a fatality accident. The were several other vehicles that also reportedly struck the man and left the scene. Including one that dragged him down the highway.
There is NO defense for this asshole. None.. He should pay big time for this one.
