Shane Schoeller has clearly done his homework.
Northland Kansas City is a GOP stronghold.
This is Jeff Roe's home turf and a place where Kansas City splits with traditionally Democratic roots.

It's a smart move for a lot of reasons beyond the fact that I haven't seen much Jason Kander signage in Kansas City other than a few yard signs around Waldo.
What this really means is that Schoeller's people aren't conceding Kansas City to Kander and that might make a difference. Meanwhile, we're stifling a lot of bad things we've heard about Jason Kander's campaign team and their rural Missouri strategy that's giving up STL and counting on continued KCMO support without much work.
Sources tell us that Mr. Schoeller is up in the polls despite a HUGE fundraising lead by Jason Kander's team. However, insiders say the race is still close.
What we know tonight for sure is that this is AN OBVIOUS SIGN that Kansas City is in play for the CRUCIAL MO SECRETARY OF STATE ELECTION.

Don't give me that shit about 'ethics reform' he did none of the heavy lifting on the bill he took credit for. Other than that he didn't do any work at all other than spy for the governor.

At least we know when Shane Schoeller is elected that he'll work with his party to try and get started on Voter ID and using friendlier ballot language on big votes. Jason Kander is just looking for the next step in his career. He doesn't care about helping voters.
