Okay . . . When organizers told TKC that they were going to need KCPD traffic control for the protest against Todd Akin on the Plaza today . . . I knew the were exaggerating just a bit.
But even for Midday at the outset of the week, this is pathetic . . . Just drove by and there are BARELY a dozen people out there . . . I recognize a couple of minor league politicos and that's it.
The guy with the bag pipes on the weekend sometimes draws a bigger crowd.
Maybe Democratic rage is a big understated . . . At least today.

What does it say about claire that she is barely beating this guy? People may not like him but they HATE her. Personally, im gonna hold my nose and vote for Akin. He may suck but at least he's not claire.
When potential protesters weighed the positives of protesting Akin with the negatives of supporting McCaskil, they chose to stay home. I predict the same for next Tuesday as well.
