This week Kansas City will be rewriting this town's feeble attempt to crack down on the world's oldest profession . . .
Ordinance #120885: Amending Chapter 50, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Section 50-72 relating to prostitution and enacting in lieu thereof one new section of like number and subject matter.
While there might not be any big surprises in the rewrite . . . It's good to know that Kansas City is cracking down on the only growth industry this town has to offer as big biz leaves town for Kansas and beyond.
Also, hooker rewrites are more exciting than YET ANOTHER EMERGENCY ORDINANCE SECRETLY LABELED THAT THROWS MORE CASH AT THE NEW AIRPORT PROJECT KANSAS CITY IS SOON TO RAM THROUGH!!!

A woman who solicits shows poor judgement. A person who shows poor judgement is not capable of consensual sex. Therefore, if you have sex with a prostitute you are committing rape. If 'johns' were charged with the crime that they are really committing, then there would be less prostitution.
