THERE'S TALK OF A "LADIES' AGREEMENT" THAT COULD BRING KANSAS CITY MAYOR PRO TEM CINDY CIRCO TO POWER IN JACKSON COUNTY!!!



This makes sense for the termed out 5th District City Council Lady for a lot of reasons . . . But most of all because it might be an EPIC KANSAS CITY LADY DEAL that shows a bit of cowtown female unity for a change.

- Jackson County Legislator Theresa Garza Ruiz would stand down and earn an easy trip back to the Legislature.

- Crystal "Cafe Trio" Williams would bring her support to the table and earn a powerful ally that might make her job a bit easier. At least one of her jobs . . .

- Given that all of these ladies have friends across the street . . . Mayor Sly gets more than a bit of influence out of the deal as well and his support will turn a beautiful smile and this town's most popular politico into a QUEEN-MAKER.

More importantly . . .

THIS ALLEGED JACKSON COUNTY FEMALE CONSPIRACY COULD BRING ABOUT A NEW DAY FOR "GIRL POWER" IN KANSAS CITY POLITICS!!!



The clueless mainstream media loves this kind of thing despite the fact that the results of gender identity rhetoric in local politics are usually disastrous.

Nevertheless . . . What we know for sure is that a great many forces are moving against current Jackson County Executive Mike Sanders and now he most contend with another lady threat.

    All the current council knows how to do is travel and cancel legislative sessions so they can...well, travel. Why isn't the press looking for how m,any meetings have been canceled and why aren't they doing the usual sweeps week map of the world and where they go? In these tough economic times when people have lost their jobs at the city and elsewhere, they don't bother. I don't get it. And while I'm at it, I'm all for them exercising their rights to support candidates but when they cancel meetings to attend events or use their non-partisan elected position to help them, I am not so sure that is right.
