Justin's seen at the Plaza? I thought he'd be hanging out with Kyle at one of the big spots at the P&L District and maybe spouting off to some cops or punching women in parking lots.
He really needs to get a feel of the new KCMO downtown vibe.
He was also seen leaving Buddies a short time later with some dude's arm over his shoulder and Justin's hand in that dude's back pocket. I'm telling you, the guy is a flamer. And if he won't suck a weiner, he'd keep it in his mouth until it went limp.
