Constant Congressional Candidate Jacob Turk is apparently running against Congressman Cleaver . . . But no support from the GOP and not much media coverage keeps us mostly unaware of this fact.
Nevertheless . . . Here's a brief chat with the Kansas City Republican . . .

He did a credible job on a TV interview a couple of days ago. It would sure be nice to see Cleaver lose.
Cleaver was okay during his day when he took a ride on Clinton's coat tails.
He's just another Sharpton type now a preacher-politician in D.C. working to put money into his own pocket.
I agree with both of the previous posters......except after listening to this interview, I KNOW Turk will lose.
I wuill not vote for a candidate that refuses to debate his opponent. Turk will get my vote.
Ha, ha, Turk is the Buffalo Bills of politics. He wants to set a record for most consecutive ass kickings to a single opponent. Ha, ha, ha.
It would be great to have someone with integrity represent the 5th district. Vote and make it happen!

Not so sure that Turk will lose this time as they have had a shift in the boundaries for the 5th District. The Beave may be in trouble as more of the voters now aren't give me's looking for their freebies.
Unless they move the election to Johnson County there is no way that Cleaver will lose this to Turk.
4:46, by voting for Cleaver you are endorsing a lying, race-baiting deadbeat, a man who over leverages property then refuses to pay his government-backed loan, leaving myself and other taxpayers to pick up the tab.
Yeah, Cleaver just oozes integrity. He's nothing more than an east side grifter who made it to DC and pays out federal funds to his little grifter buddies. The man has zero integrity and zero ethics.
Jacob knocked it out of the park during this interview! It's a shame that Cleaver controls so much of the media attention -- despite the fact that he refuses to debate Turk or even show up for candidate forums. What a coward!
