The horrible middle-class might not understand much outside the confines of their income bracket but this clip does a lot to explain challenges that face an increase number of women in Missouri.

Charles Murray wrote about this in the 1980s in a book called Losing Ground. Nothing new here, only the benefits for being poor have been expanded.

Color is not the issue, its young women having babies with less thought than I would to getting a dog and young men who take no responsiblity. Just because white women are doing it too doesn't make it less of a problem.
Yep! Just how many bastard kids do you got to have before you tip the scales? The should have classes on the topic in KC. The sad part is that we reward the bastard's parents by ALSO giving them free benefits including hospital stays, food stamps,housing and medical care. The REAL penaty goes to the working single who keep their pants zipped or use birth control. They get little to nothing even if destitute and living out of their car or on the street. So reward the idiots, punish the real disadvantaged who try to do the right thing and then talk shit about how some ghetto hoe is having a rough time of it.
