Given the bang for buck built into every overpriced ticket, I'd be real careful about complaining about fans. If Chiefs ticket prices were based on performance the Chiefs would be paying fans to show up. Maybe they could sell two tickets per game. One for the first two quarters and really discount for the last half when the stadium is generally empty of fans to complain about.
