City of Kansas City is falling behind. No streetcars and we can't opening csrry our pistols around. This may cost us our position as the #2 murder capital in US.
Heck Prairie Village don't want you to have Christmas decorations either.
So having a gun I am sure is a no no on your hip.
Open carry has been the law in the KC metro for many years.
Wonder of this story (concealed carry) , and the one above (black urban crime) are related?
I bet Yuri Ives would have liked to have a gun before that nice young black muslim kid put two bullets in his head and 23 stab wounds under a feigned robbery reason which resulted in an 11 year in jail sentence for cold blooded racist murder.
Yuri Ives did have a gun... it was the one used to kill him.
