There's some nice insight into how increased water bills fee collecting isn't fixing Kansas City's busted pipes . . . And it might be nice to see local Gov. fail after watching to many previews of the VP debate that's sure to disappoint everybody but Joe Biden - Who has already won in his mind.

Just wait TKC, Mayor's next press conference will solve everything.
It's time to start thinking seriously about privitization. If people knew half of what goes on at The Water Department they would demand a house cleaning immediately. The place is a dump for some of the worst workers in KC. It's only a matter of time until we face a big disaster that shuts water down for the whole city. Sly's 'yes man' isn't cutting it. Water is a place that can only be fixed by dramatic change. Don't wait too long KC. It's getting later every day.
