shit, might as well go to city control. The kcpd fop basically fucked over all the tenured/topped out cops. Thanks kcpoa for the whopping 1%!! What a waste of monthly dues. Why not concentrate on residency issues like you've promised over several of the past years.
You are truely ignorant to what the FOP has done for the members of the department. If you had any idea of how true politics worked you would understand the things they do. If you don't like it then start or own organization to protect yourself.
Kansas City controlling public safety is a mistake. Increased killing, corruption and as always the people of the town lose.
Local control would be better than state control. Local money funds KCPD, yet locally we have no power. At least with local control we can vote people in control out of office. When was the last time you voted the Police Board out of office?
When you are the only one in the nation that says a lot. Bring on city control and stop voting idiots into office.
