The weekend in Kansas City starts with a bang and some broad firing a weapon and screaming from an apartment window.

"At 7:16 am officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Moten Place on shots fired by a female. Upon arrival the officers observed the female screaming out of the window. Officers were told the female had been firing shots out of the window. Evidence at the scene confirmed that shots had been fired. Verbal contact was made but the female refused to come out of the apartment. An operation 100 was called at 8:06 am.
After approximately an hour, the female voluntarily came out of the apartment and was taken into custody without incident."
Yeah, the Fall should be interesting in Kansas City.
