Told you last night 9400 Neiman area was dump. This is probably a collection for money owed on a drug deal.
As a kid I knew a lot of good people who lived here. Went to Hillcrest across the street. Back then it was full of divorced moms with kids. Not at all extravagent but decent enough. Now it is full of minorities and turned to shit. Just like anywhere else that has the same demographic change.
Yup back in the day was decent place to live but by end of the 70's it started a decline that is about to hit bottom.
