KANSAS CITY WATCHES THE HORRIBLE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE TONIGHT!!!

Like minded and bored Kansas City people will be gathering tonight to watch opposing d-bags trade one-liners in a contest for the person who pretends to lead the free world.

I'm not holding out much hope for it all . . .

In my own personal interest, I guess . . . BOTH CANDIDATES pretty much agree that the new generation of Mexicans can stay and work crappy jobs for even less pay than Americans.

Other than that . . . It's all empty sound-bytes and the vague hope that a dangerous regime in Iran won't put all of our mostly empty political philosophies to the test.

Anybody with better presidential debate insights or tired of watching the Kansas Cithy political class clumsily flirt at the debate parties . . . Please share . . .

Based on Obama’s public performances to this point, the smart money has got to be on Obama to win these debates on style. It’s a TV debate, and style, not points and facts will be far more important than a categorical defeat in a point v. point argument.

The Media hates Romney and the interlocutor will be CNN based with an appearance from J. Leher. Advantage Obama.

Obama’s orations and public speaking abilites are singular and unsurpassed since Ronald Reagan, and actuall maybe since John Kennedy.

The fix is in, and the post debate commentary by news outlets not named Fox will feature left handed compliments in Romney’s direction, during an apotheosis of the sitting president and his efforts.

I really don’t think Romney even has the proverbial “puncher’s chance” at winning this debate.

Obama, sans the tele prompters, is still the smoothest speaker on the stage by a country mile.

Appearance over substance once again.

What can I tell ya?

Oh, Romney's pretty good, too, but as one of the 47% (I think--I get Social Security but pay taxes) I'm not too enthused about Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, so I think I'll go eat some cake instead of watching the debates.

Obama's debate prep sparring partner was Jeremy LaFever. Obviously, Obama will be prepared. LaFever is a great debater. I heard that the Obama campaign is also using LaFever to run its Missouri campaign. Mark my words - LaFever will turn this red state bright blue. He is the political genius of our time.

LaFever is killing it on this blog. He has tremendous support.

Doesn't LaFever'smom have anything to do but post fluff on TKC?
Just another ego with no substance or accomplishments in public office and God knows we already have enough of those!
Right, Sly?

Yes, Tony we finally agree on something. Both canidates are dirtbags. As far as the mexicans working crappy jobs if they don't like it thay can always go back to Mexico.

Lehrer actually isn't a CNN guy. He's a PBS Public Broadcasting Guy. The nice thing about Jim Lehrer, is that he won't turn the debate into being about HIM, as so many anchors and commentators do.

As to Tony not caring about anything but Mexicans, well there's a guy who doesn't think too far ahead, living in his mom's basement, probably on the public dole. If he IS, he should be an Obama guy.

Doesn't really matter, who cares who wins the debate. They both suck because both parties suck. When congress only votes along party lines rather than what's good for the country each administration will fail to fix our problems. The great lie from each side is that they actually care about the American people. No, they care about who lines their pockets and that aint us. What's so funny is watching the commoners argue for one side or the other like you're really part of that establishment and they really give a shit about you. It's as bad as the rednecks who fight over what trucks better, the ford or the chevy, since the manufactures love the controversy as they sell more trucks.

I say we put Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope in office. They can't be any worse than any other two seeking the office of the President. Least they could do concerts for us. Obama just lies to us.

ICP For President.

Vote for LaFever! He is our future, and our future is bright.

That is the wisdom from Super Dave.

Beats any of the so called wisdom Washington wants us to buy.

LaFever will create jobs.

I saw an internal Dem poll recently, and LaFever has better name recognition than almost any politician in the state. He is beat out only by Nixon, McCaskill, and Koster. LaFever was number 4, and his favorability rating is 73%. The voters recognize that LaFever has the answers. He will fight for us! He will win for us!

Romney won, like a life insurance salesman trying to win a trip to Vegas. But he did win.

Crappy jobs?
Your Mexicano brothers come here because they don't want to get shot by Obama guns in Mexico.
They take jobs from American citizens while working for less money than low end entry workers will work for while driving up the cost of WIC, medical costs and taxes in general for those of us who pay taxes.
Meanwhile you want to bring you cutlure to the US which means more crime, more welfare and even more taxes .
So now now let's discuss the American workers that set at home and collect welfare/unemployment because the Latinos take their jobs at 50% of the legitnate wage.
Mexicanos will do it for because Mexico is a bad place to try and live and raise a family and we don't need that here.
And I do mean "live".
Quit bitching about airplanes and address the probloems in mexico.
I work around many illegals and personally I like them but when they don't "ablah" not only is it an issue of economy but it is a safety issue.
Fix Mexico don't ruin America.

Jeremy LaFever was unscathed last night. He is the victor hands down.
