KCTV5 reports on a good cause that tragically evokes memories of the better days of Axl Rose: "The Guns and Hoses Event on Nov. 17 at the Downtown Marriott will help raise funds for families of police officers, firefighters and emergency personnel lost in the line of duty. This is the seventh year for the event."

Biggest YAWN EVER!! Cops hate fire fighters! Firefighters hate EMS people...Ems people hate their job because of Fire...but hey its a fund raiser so they might just all be able to get along, long enough to get through the fundraiser.

Personally, a large majority of cops within KCPD get along with the Fire boys. The old school guys from the early 80's are dwindling. Hell If I had to do it all over again, I would have went to the fire side. But fear of burning alive held me back. Just like most firefighters would not like the idea of getting shot at. It goes both wayz.
To bad firefighters are pussies or this would be interesting.
