Jackson County Court Program Provides Prison Industrial Complex Alternative

A welcomed sign in the era of mass incarceration: "Jackson County's Family Court focuses on rehabilitation, not jail"

The same postivie comments can be made for both Drug Court, and Veterans' Court, which is a very new initiative in the Jackson County Court system.
It's too bad, but typical, that the media don't provide the public with more information about these common sense alternatives to the expense and waste of incarceraton.
Of course, that would take some hard work and actual reporting.

You can't "rehab" a NIGGER. They're born this way and no amount of remedial training will help.
