HEREFORD HOUSE GUILTY VERDICT!!!

An answer to a burning question regarding Downtown Kansas City arson . . .

Fox4: The jury found Rod Anderson guilty of all four charges, including arson, conspiracy, mail fraud and using fire to commit a federal crime. Mark Sorrentino and Vincent Pisciotta were found guilty on all counts expect mail fraud.

It wasn't exactly a surprise but there was a lot of sizzle surrounding the story which that all of this talk about a Renaissance for Kansas City biz because of so many taxpayer subsidized developments remains mostly smoke and mirrors.

Other links . . .

KSHB: Three men charged in the 2008 Hereford House restaurant fire were found guilty in federal court on Wednesday.

KC Biz Journal: Anderson is found guilty in Hereford House arson

KCTV5: Hereford House owner, 2 others found guilty of torching restaurant

Well I had a feeling this was to be the outcome.

I have talked several times with Rod over the years and I would have never thought he would do this but the jury says different so that is what it is.

I have a feeling he will do at least 5-7 years or more maybe. With a huge ass fine of some sort.
