Bryan is an ass.
When the population of a part of town has decreased so much that even the stoplights can be removed, the failure of the city and neighborhood leadership couldn't be more clear.
And when KCPL comes in and starts rolling up the power lines, it will be time for everyone to go home.
And what will happen to the "fiberhoods" and shotspotter successes with no electricity?
And the homicides continue at the rate of two a week.
And the same old organizations and names show up over and over again.
Maybe it's time for another story about the Curls family dynasty.
I was at the intersection of 9th & Van Brunt and with the stop signs instead of traffic lights the wrecks are gonna start piling up just wait and see.
If anyone is afraid of moving accidents, just park your car overnight in most of the neighborhoods affected by this and you'll find it on blocks and without a catalytic converter in the morning.
Problem solved!
El Bryan is a moron - and he draws like one, too.
No I'm not.
