Demo Chief Mike Sanders Says It'll Be Close

Not exactly encouraging words from Jackson County Party Executive and Missouri Democratic Party Chair Mike Sanders:

Jackson County Executive and Missouri Democratic chairman Mike Sanders said Tuesday he expects the Senate race between Claire McCaskill and Todd Akin to be close, despite her spending advantage in the campaign.

As a testament to exactly how many people don't like Sen. Claire . . . She basically picked her opponent and didn't just have an "advantage" but was the recipient of an AVALANCHE of money that created a multimillion dollar lead over her opposition.

She will be the former senator Claire in 2013.

Claire has about an 80 percent probability of winning.

Akin will win.

It'll be close only because Missouri voters are dumb shits. Who else would elect a dead man to the U.S Senate. A pin-head like Akin looks and sounds like a genius to most of them.
