It's a rare victory for the beleaguered Plaza that still hasn't found a way to get rid of bad musicians and hobos who scare JoCo hausfraus and drive away biz.

Bedbugs are not obeying curfew.
there were no apparent witnesses on any of the craw by bitings.
There is no proof that bed bugs have ever bitten anybody on the Plaza without photo ID. This is all about racism.
