Don't be that way.
Yes herb seems to be good at coming out of meetings and
announcing things that no one else remebers and that end up never actually happening.
Sort of like all the big plans for the changes in the city financial structure and pensions.
And while we're all there celebrating how smart Herb is, reality has a tendency to sneak up from behind and bite us in the butts.
I'll put my money on the AEG lawyers.
