TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! KANSAS CITY "WORST STREET" LIST GETING $3 MIL. MOSTLY IGNORES EASTSIDE & FAR NORTHLAND!!!
Star neglects to mention that even a brief glimpse at the list of streets to be fixed reveals some rather interesting decisions that focus on high profile streets instead of neighborhood problems: Kansas City to invest $3 million to help 'worst' streets

First, crappy streets aren't killing people on the east side, so maybe some folks should focus some attention on that!
Secondly, with only $3 million, you couldn't even so much as stripe half the streets in KCMO, much less repair them.
This is nothing more than the latest flash-in-the-pan PR stunt to make believe the folks at 12th and Oak actually have some interest in providing some basic services to residents.
Just take a deep breath; it will pass quickly enough.
I try to forget the far Northland everyday.
Fact Chect: the list of streets includes Prospect, Shoal Creek, NW 68th, etc.
Plenty of for the Eastside (deserves it) and Northland (leeches.
"Citizen journalism" fails again.
Shut up McGurk.
