Kansas City this is "Our Time" and things are really looking up: "Kansas City police arrested a 26-year-old homeless man early Saturday after he allegedly beat another man outside a gas station."
Sadly, this story of hobo hard knocks should speak to Kansas City given that the Midtown Bum Fight involved combatants who were formerly seen drinking with one another.
