The Plaza Art Fair according to people who were actually there. A great time was had by all. Great artwork, terrific crowds, wonderful food, outstanding music and pitch-perfect, comfortable, beautiful, cooperating weather.

Down here on the plaza. Lots of teens running around assaulting people and taking their money and phones. About 100-300 of them. Several KCPD cars have been called down here. Seems like all the kids are causing major issues for the businesses and traffic.
