Though I'm guessing you are referring to the suspect, no, he didn't get away. The guy fired a shot after they initially pulled him over. He was taken into custody after a very short foot chase.

Did they drop some water balloons afterwards? Will the cop helicopter make it to Florida without refueling?
And Tony, this footage is a few weeks old. Not out of the new helicopters.
