If this was a pro sports facility or casino it would have been operating weeks ago. Glad the politicians keep the priorities straight.

Chalk this up as yet another example of failed agreements between different government entities in this town. This is why there is so little cooperation in this metro.
With the county screw up yesterday during the bomb scare, the county should just shut up. Let Independence handle a real crisis regarding too many cats and dogs.
