Parks & Rec has been building shit holes all over the City. I seem to recall the new Southeast Community Center had a bunch of construction problems, too. Haven't heard anything about the Northeast Community Center, yet. But having worked with P&R on the design of a community center, listening to what the stakeholders said they wanted and then seeing what the architects came up with, it's no wonder.
