Joe Montgomery said he was formally withdrawing the complaint because he had suffered too much abuse since his filing of it became publicly known."

I love it! The guy presented what he called, "compelling arguments" which the lawyers thought otherwise. What a dope! I bet the reason he dropped it was his family members told him he was nuts and embarrassing them. Threats, yeah right, probably from his wife!
Oh they're going to get a lot more abuse when Obama wins and Romney and wife jet off to the Caymans to count their money.
Just wait till the November elections when Brownback gets more of his like-minded crazy radicals elected. It will be bring back the evolution debate time. Even one of the Phelps nutjobs is running as a Republican for the state school board. Bet he gets elected too because of the all the dumb asses in this state who will vote for him simply because he has an "R" behind his name yet they don't know shit about the people they are voting for.
