yep, and guess what????? This is going to be a "BIG" shocker to you all, but the news just reported that a "NIGGER" got arrested for it.. WOW, that never happens in kansas city mo, YO!
The trail should be whites only and maybe have negro day once a month November thru February. Sorry my ebony skinned brothers and sisters but stuff like this makes us cast aspersions on all of you regardless of whether you wear your pants right or not.

not going to blame the victim, but women of KC, please walk in highly populated areas during the day or walk with a friend. Sucks it has to be that way but there are a lot of scumbag predators out there.
Maybe instead of a toy train the city could install a video surveillance system on the trail.
And somehow the camera is going to stop a rapist? People rob banks and they KNOW banks are wired with cameras. And because there are only 3 motivated cops left in this town, you think that, even if it was noticed, someone would respond in a timely fashion?
