Shots fired on vehicle injures 2
Police are on the scene of the city’s latest homicide. Officers were called to 56th Terr. & Norton on Monday afternoon to investigate a shooting.

Initially there was a report that one of the victims was dead . . . Now local mainstream media notes that "One person has non life-threatening injuries. Another person has been taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries."

I don't understand why the police get blamed for not stopping 2 individuals from killing each other at any given moment in time. I think the blame goes elsewhere.
