Local Airline Workers Prepare To Take A Hit: "Kansas City now has some indication of how many potential American Airlines layoffs could land locally. The bankrupt airline announced last week that it had sent potential layoff notices to more than 11,000 employees"
There's speculation that the number might be under 100 but I wouldn't count on it.

Yeah... We need to lose 750,000 jobs a month. That worked much better.
But it isn't getting any better.
They should move from the MD-80 to a real jet! Alaska Air loves the MD-8O, one of theirs crashed and killed everyone onboard, its a loud ass plane and I wont fly on that JUNK!
