The Examiner is doing some MUST READ reporting for this BAD PLANNING DISASTER while Jackson County Legislator Denny Waits isn't doing much explaining about his pet project: "Jackson County officials say their posting of a new “request for proposals” to run the soon-to-open Regional Animal Shelter in Independence is meant to bring them more information."

Scott Burnett, who has a long history of hating animals as part of his "Kansas Farmboy" routine. That sick motherfucker sees nothing wrong with killing animals for the pure pleasure of it.
