FORMER KANSAS CITY STAR NEWSIE ART BRISBANE AND HIS NEW YORK TIMES FAIL!!!

Here's a hilarious Kansas City journalism trend . . .

(CHICKEN) GENIUS KANSAS CITY DEAD TREE MEDIA JOURNALISTS USUALLY FAIL WHEN THEY STEP UP TO THE BIG LEAGUES IN OTHER TOWNS!!!

The latest example:

New York Observer: The New York Times Can Not Get Rid of Arthur Brisbane Fast Enough

The story is really about newie ethics that are mostly a myth and interesting only to journalists who are better at having drinks than writing stories . . .

Still, let's add up the damage . . .

- A staunch Kansas City Dead Tree newsie stepped up to one of the wire services in D.C. a few years ago and came back to KC under cover of night and now works at an insurance company I think . . .

- Posnanski's book has met with universal derision in much the same way most folks hate sex abuse which the stinky opus pretty much skips over.

- And we thought Big Sexy would make a bigger dent on the national scene but without the pressure of a regular column he seems mostly confined to Twitter.

And all of this would make us respect Mike "My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?" Hendricks if thinking about him hoping to keep scaled back paychecks coming in wasn't soooooo very sad.

Wow I could think of many names to add to the list for this story.

Here is the crux of the Brisbane column.

""Across the paper’s many departments, though, so many share a kind of political and cultural progressivism — for lack of a better term — that this worldview virtually bleeds through the fabric of The Times."

"As a result, developments like the Occupy movement and gay marriage seem almost to erupt in The Times, overloved and undermanaged, more like causes than news subjects," he continued."

This comment on that comment from Foster Kamer.

"But it’s exactly the kind of sucker-punch that the Times absolutely must defend itself against, the kind that saw him feeding the bears, or rather, bearish ideas about the Times’s sacred commitment to objectivity: That insatiable view of the New York Times as the paper of the Liberal Elite.

In other words, he set the paper up to dignify the argument—which it did—and effectively started a conversation The New York Times does not want to have."

The fuckin Grey Lady, has no clothes!

Anyone with the fuckin IQ of a hanging chad knows the New York Times has a liberal agenda right down to a cellular level.

The removal of the curtain for just a moment, terrifies the power, because in this case, speaking truth to that power reveals the cliff right in front of the lemmings.

The NARRATIVE revealed.

I see. Are these the lemmings that fucked off the cliff? Or, are they the lemmings that Walt Disney kicked off the cliff?

Big Sessy made an ass of himself when he called into Nick Wright's last radio show... pretty much ended any speculation that he had moved on to bigger and better things.
Just another fat fuck race-baiting blowhard.
