Constant KCK Drunk Driver Gets 15 Years!!!
Fox4: "A drunk driver, who was caught driving under the influence AT LEAST SEVEN TIMES has been sentenced to the maximum prison sentence in Missouri for drunk driving. Ricky E. Stroble, 51, of Kansas City, Kan., received the 15-year prison sentence in Platte County Circuit Court on Thursday."

Platte County occasionally reaffirms my faith in the justice system. They also hold people on felony driving revoked charges to $100,000 bond.
