The 3rd District City Planner is on his way to being a State Rep.
It's a cut in pay and I don't get the move . . . But clearly he's smarter than us all. And it's fair to note that a great many people supported his candidacy. And overall his district is very supportive of his efforts.

His district is supportive of his campaign because they're tired of his sub-par planning skills in the 3rd district. By voting him in to Jeff, they get rid of him at City Hall. Kind of a win win for citizens, in a weird way.
