More People Calling KC Homeless Hotline
KSHB reports that the local hobo scene keeps growing: "Just since last year, 17 percent more people have called the homeless hotline. The calls come mostly from single mothers and women."

The Tea Baggers want everyone to believe that poverty is self-inflicted. That's its essentially the result of a character defect.
Its humiliating to have to go to a homeless shelter, but I would rather see that, then women turning to prostitution or 'dancing'.
Actually I hate teabaggers, and Republicans in general. But I'm afraid much poverty IS self-inflicted. Not so much what poor people DID, but what poor people FAILED to do as students and young people who should have avoided mating without a plan.
