One spark and an entire block could go up. KC is apparently the only city in the country affected by severe dry and drought conditions not worried or the least bit concerned about booze and backyard fireworks. I actually am beginning to believe we are the dumbest freaking city in the country now. And no amount of fancy "development" can hide it anymore.
