Kansas City Sales Tax TV Report
KSHB: "Question One calls for a 1/2 cent sales tax for parks and will create the first street maintenance fund in history" . . . A nice idea that sounds like so many other promises Kansas City has heard . . . TKC Note: The Sales Tax Is Will Also Fund TIF.

Does that include funding TIFs even when the developer doesn't ask for one?
