Meanwhile the city passes the 50 mark in homicides and poor old Cindy doesn't have a thing to say. Has anyone ever tried to explain to these people what the job of a councilmember is?

If Kaufmann stadium seats around 42,000 and lets say that you have another 3000 hanging around the parking lot getting fucked up, where are the other "hundreds of thousands" going to be? I'll tell you. At home in their own city watching the fucking game on TV. This hype is the biggest bunch of horseshit that I've heard lately.
"economic impact" is just Chamber of Commerce jargin, not a term used in economic circles. The Joplin tornado had an economic impact of much more than 60 milion but was it positive?
Bottom line is if KC had let the Royals and Chiefs leave town and used the 500 million for better uses the city would have been much better off.
