Fox4 offers the details on a shockingly inhumane case: "A Grandview man faces kidnapping, robbery, rape and assault charges after he allegedly attacked a woman over the course of several days last month."

Sounds like one of the Kansas City Police Officers is up to their shenanigans again.
Sounds like a jilted woman who is pissed off.
REALLY sounds like typical NIGGER behavior!!
$250,000 bond and ordered not to have contact with the victim? That's 10% to a bonding company. $25,000? Accused of violent allegations in the past (i.e. previous felony arrests without convictions)? I wonder why victims and witnesses are afraid to aid police in Jackson County. Probably because 1) The suspect will be held for 24 hours and then released pending an investigation that more often then not fails to lead to charges in Jackson County and 2) The suspect can make bond and be back out on the street even after a horrific attack such as this. These factors taken in conjunction with the amount of time Jackson County takes to prosecute criminals and their crimes and the County's refusal to take into account numerous previous felony arrests of violent criminals lead to a county rife with violent crime. Just a side note you might take a look at the ridiculously light handed sentencing records of Gregory B. Gillis, Circuit Judge, DIV 27 and Sandra C. Midkiff, Circuit Judge, Division 1. Probation for Homicide? With judges like these on the stand in Jackson County it is unlikely that the Jackson County Prosecutor will be able to make any headway against violent crime regardless of the current political pressure.
3:30pm is right on the money. Midkiff also dismisses felony charges if she doesn't agree with the city ordinance that established probable cause for the arrest in the first place. Amazing.
Set my NIGGER free!!
