What a bunch of morons. A little due diligence next time you spend 40 million. There is no shortage of horror stories from other states using this software. This is one of those moments where some retard said, "this time it will be different. " yeah, sure.
Can't expect much from tech-illiterate Kansas.
Probably should have chosen a company other than 3M to build the software for our system. They're really well known for building software...
